🐾 Refund & Return Policy 

At FureverTouch, we prioritize the health and safety of all our cats. Because of the sensitive nature of animals and the risk of contamination, we have a strict no-return and no-refund policy.

No Refunds or Returns After delivery 

 

Once the cat is picked up or delivered to the buyer, we do not accept any returns or offer any refunds under any circumstances.

This policy is in place because:

  • We cannot control or verify the environment the cat is taken into, which may include exposure to diseases, poor hygiene, or unsafe conditions.
  • We have a large group of healthy cats in our care, and we cannot risk bringing back a cat that may potentially carry infections or illnesses.

Returning a cat after it has left our clean, monitored environment poses a serious risk to the rest of our animals, and we will not compromise their wellbeing.

💰 Reservation Deposit Policy

 

  • A non-refundable reservation deposit of 20 KWD is required to hold a specific cat.
  • If the client cancels the reservation for any reason, the deposit will not be refunded.
  • The reservation is a firm commitment to purchase, and holding the cat means we refuse other potential buyers — hence, the deposit is non-recoverable.

📌 No Refunds After Full Payment – Even If You Do Not Collect the Cat

If the buyer completes full payment for the cat but fails to collect it, the payment will not be refunded.

The cat is considered sold once payment is completed, regardless of whether pickup occurs.

We kindly ask all customers to read and agree to this policy before making a reservation or completing payment.

This policy is in place to protect the animals in our care and ensure responsible adoption.
