📍 Delivery Area
- We currently offer delivery within Kuwait only.
⏱️ Delivery Time
- Cats are delivered within 1 hour after payment confirmation (depending on your location and driver availability).
- For scheduled deliveries, customers will be contacted in advance to confirm the timing.
💵 Delivery Fee
- Delivery is handled through a third-party driver. The delivery fee is paid by the customer and varies depending on the area.
- You will be informed of the fee amount before confirming the order.
📲 Delivery Process
- Once the payment is received (reservation or full), we prepare the cat for safe transport.
- You will receive a WhatsApp message to confirm delivery time and location.
- The cat is delivered in a clean, secure carrier to your doorstep.
⚠️ Important Notes
- Please make sure someone is available to receive the cat at the delivery address.
- In case the delivery fails due to incorrect address or unavailability of the recipient, re-delivery charges may apply.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, traffic, or factors outside our control.
